I just wanted to send a note of thanks to Ron (Sales), Chris V. (Implementation) and the two Dave’s in Service. Your help in selecting the right equipment, the installation and support and just plain-talk and friendly advise made getting our home theatre system a great experience. The installation was done really well. We love watching our sports and movies and the ability to have music outdoors with the touch of a button. What fun. (…and that remote is wicked awesome)

Personally, I love that you folks were able to fulfill my entire wish list. Especially when other shops just scratched their heads in utter confusion.

Working with Audio Advisors while building our new home turned out to be one of the pleasures of our building project. As we were contemplating our needs, we realized that AA was knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current technology.

we have had a bunch of your people out here working over the past year. All of them have been great but Chris and Jimmy as well as Dan have been exceptional.

Jimmy is a magician with wires and we’ve had a lot of friends and family amazed that he was able to do much of what’s been done here.

As for Chris, you have him to thank for a good part of what I have done here as it has been many of his ideas and suggestions that I’ve taken and gone with. Chris is a great guy and very talented at what he does.

Dan is a lighting wiz. We appreciate all of his time and effort too.

Wow!

I’ve never had a single component make such a dramatic improvement in my system.

FYI – the A.R.O. worked well. Other setting’s I have found to make the best integration with the Aerial 5′s…lp crossover at about 60hz, elf trim at -3db, master volume just shy of center (I can’t hear a difference with the polarity and phase adjustments).

This JL Audio Fathom Subwoofer has a ton of power and low frequency extension!

My speaker stands are great.

My speakers are happy. All goofiness aside, the speakerstands really opened them up. They’re more relaxed sounding.

The bass isn’t deeper, but you can distinguish things better, like the attack of the bass player’s fingers on the strings…the baritone saxophone and base playing a not simultaneously, etc. The highs are a bit more airy, and the mids get a better realistic type soundstage.

The biggest improvement may be the overall sound when many instruments are playing at once. They just plain sound better on the stands. Glad I got them.

I played with the placement to find the “sweet spot” you were telling me about. And it really made a difference. I’ve settled on about a foot from the wall, at least for now.
